Should I send in my SAT score? (Mount Holyoke and smith)

Applying Ed 2 to Mount Holyoke. Mount Holyoke’s middle 50 for SAT is 630-720 ERW (mine is 710) and 630-760 Math (mine is 600). Is it worth it to send in my score? My gpa is also pretty low due to freshman/sophomore grades (3.6 unw, 4.5 weighted) so I’m concerned that sending in my sat will significantly lower my chances. Other than that, I’m a strong applicant with good ec’s, essays, and recommendations. I read somewhere that it’s better to not send in a score if it’s on the lower end of their middle because they’re more likely to accept you if they don’t have to lower their accepted test averages because of it. Is that accurate? Thanks for you help!

I think I would totally be fine if you send them your SAT score. As long as your score is in the range, go for it. However, if you do not feel confident with your score and you feel that it underrepresents your ability/potential, don’t send it! It won’t hurt you since both schools are test-optional.

I mean “I think you would”
