Should i submit my SAT score, or wait for my ACT? Please help

Hey guys, so as you know UC application deadline is coming up. I have one issue.
I will be taking the ACT on Dec. 12 for the first time. I have taken the SAT and have gotten an 1820 on that but i am doing much better on my ACT tests. I do not want to submit my low SAT score. Should i submit my application without a standardised test score and indicate that i am expecting ACT test in DEC. and then have the testing agency send my scores to the Campuses when they are out? But ACT test scores take a month to come out so will they accept it?

I would really appreciate some help.

They will only look at the higher score. You need to submit the SAT test also just in case your score is lower or worse. What if you get sick and can’t take the ACT for example.
