Keep in mind…I have mostly As, but 2Bs this year.
Should I submit it to the other schools? What to do…
Followup: how likely is it for me to be admitted into the “higher up” schools with this SSAT score if I do submit it? Aside from that, I’m a very likable person with a lot of ECs, and a 4.1GPA(weighted) I’m taking math 2 years ahead also. Are my chances gone due to the score?
PS. I am full pay if that helps
For college, I believe the advice is to submit scores only if they are at or above the school’s average. Perhaps this applies to prep schools too.
Let me say, though, that you have good scores! I just can’t say if tjey should be submitted or not.
We got very similar scores and I would only submit what I got to Kent and NMH. All I’d recommend doing is retaking and studying a lot over this holiday break.

I am retaking the test Jan. 12th. Do you think it is a good idea for me to retake the test? This way I can submit a good score to PEA and PA.

I just took the test! Had plenty of distractions but survived-that’s life. I think math wasn’t as good(superscore) and reading and verbal are better. I will send scores ASAP if they are good. The test was harder this time than last time overall. Not a super difficult test, but verbal stumped me a bit.
Ah yes, the verbal section is the hardest for most. I took the test last week and reading seemed much easier but Q1 was a lot harder. Q2 was a bit easier for me.
The SSAT is super simple, but the timing is what kills you. Well that, and the verbal section.

edit: I get scores tmrw and I am nervoussss.
Update: Emailed Andover AO w/scores. He told me it would be much better to submit. Told me he was positive it would not affect me negatively, and that they don’t take verbal super seriously.
So, I submitted. Still haven’t submitted to Exeter and not sure if I will. I get Jan. 12 score back within the next 2 days. Hoping to superscore.
