Do you think it’s a good idea to take Japanese with Listening SAT II? I did a practice test and got an 800.
Or should I take a harder test?

If you were born in Japan, then it would not be a good idea to take the Listening SAT II as you’re a native speaker.
I would recommend that you take other subject tests (Math 2 preferably one of them).
Do it. But colleges might not acknowledge it since you are a native. Take the test but also take other subject tests.
Yes, take it, but in addition to other subject tests that you need, not in place of one.
It may not be counted as the minimal SAT2 score requirement, but it may serve as a proof of proficiency in foreign language. That latter may help you to waive the world language requirement for college application and may be used for placement purpose. Do you have 3-4 years of other world language? If you don’t, then you should definitely take it.
