I took SAT II Chinese 3 weeks ago and I got an 800 on it. Before the test I took a few practice tests which made me sort of prepare on how to listen to the CD, but the real test was much more pleasant.
I am a native speaker but my Chinese level is at 2nd grade, even though I can read almost any Chinese words almost ever...I received awards in China for knowing so many words as a little kid.
But anyway, I know in AP tests you have to type and present which is fine with me because writing is a slight weakness to me but typing is not so much.
However, since I already got a perfect score on SAT II Chinese, would it be necessary for me to take AP Chinese? Would it benefit at all? If not then I'm not taking it...
I have to take SAT II Bio and AP Bio in May in the same 10 days, and if I take AP Chinese, it's right between the two...

Really depends entirely on what university you want to go to but probably not. Generally if you’re fluent in another language even without any AP credit you can still test out of the relevant course in university. I’d ask the foreign language department at the university you want to attend(s) what they normally have people already fluent in a different language do.

Oh okay, well I already have the SAT II Chinese done and if I do AP Chinese it’ll just add to my stress because it’s arguably harder than SAT II Chinese, at least from what I looked at…

So would it hurt me if I don’t take AP Chinese? I don’t care about taking it in college, I just want more AP courses on my application because my high school only offers 1 AP class that’s available to me.

The test is in the week of my two other tests, AP Bio and SAT 2 Bio, both very important…
