I have been going through this forum, and a lot of users are taking SAT Subject Tests. I was wondering just how important they are in the college admissions process. Will not taking the tests reflect negatively on my college applications? Many of the colleges I plan to apply to don't require SAT Subject Tests so I figured it would be better to spend my time preparing for and taking the SAT/ACT so that I can increase my scores and help my chances for admission.

I am going to be a senior this year and I thought about taking SAT Biology but I took Biology Honors in the fall of my freshman year, so I have forgotten a lot of the material. I plan to major in Biology/Pre-Med in college, so should I take the SAT Biology Subject Test?
