So I’m taking AP European History this year as a sophmore. I recently moved to a different country and I’m taking all my classes online. I did some research and it cost a little over $300 for me to take the AP exam here. It’s crazy expensive and my parents can’t afford it. There isn’t any financial support or anything since I’m considered homeschooled.
My online school’s schedule is different than “normal” schools. They scheduled my classes so that I’ll finish in exactly a year from my start date (I have no control over this). If I want to take the AP exam this May, I have to rush and finish by May at the latest which isn’t impossible, but not ideal.
I’m wondering if I should take it next year (I think we’ll be back in the States by then), not take it at all, or take it this year. Thank you in advance (:
