Hello, the dec SAT sign up ends oct 31, im a junior in HS and i was wondering if I should sign up. Im currently in a SAT prep class. I do well in math, but in English i dont do so well. Should I wait till later in the year or take the sat in December?

((((bump))))

You might as well read more in English for fun before taking the SAT.

Have you taken SAT before? If so, how did you do? If so, when was the test? Is English your second language?

I found CR the hardest to prep for, Writing can be mastered and
obviously Math can be mastered as well... Tokenadult is right
on about > reading > score
....also take the time to actually do complete tests rather than partial tests,
I found fatigue makes a big difference and so does the combination of
doing english-math-english...kind of have to work different parts of
your noodle.....

:)

I'm taking it in december, because it's before finals and you have thanksgiving to last minute prep if not ready. ^^

If you're not prepping next summer or over the year, then take it now. I feel that if you don't study for it, it won't improve and might actually go down.

Hello there, if anyone could help me plz. I am a international high school senior from Croatia(Europe) that wants to apply to an American college. My last SAT score was 1750(650-Math and the english part was both 550). Now I'm in a dilema. Should I take the SAT II rather then the SAT I again. I think that I could do better on the SAT I, but I do not know how important is the SAT II, and the thinh is that it is almost November, so that doesn't leave to much time for me. Anyone please help me out here.

This will be my first time, English is my first language.

take it later, at the end of jr. year
that way you'll have ur English class to help you... which is much better than any prep class
