Should you be expecting a scholarship at Tulane or Loyola (New Orleans) with a 3.5?

<p>Plus, you came to US in your junior year and English is your second language.</p>

<p>Also you have some honors and AP courses in the only years you were in the United States.</p>

<p>The ACT should be high enough, but I don’t know what their GPA req’ts are. What does their websites say? Can you email their scholarship offices and ask?</p>
