<p>This thread is about the USAFA Show Choir if anybody knows anything about it. I’m thinking of looking into it if I get accepted there (class of 2013 if things go right). </p>
<p>At my high school, we actually have 2 show choirs. I’m in the more elite one now and we’re doing a show with medleys of the 50s to the 80s. It’s stuff like Barbaranne, Splish Splash, Beat it,What a Feeling, shake it up baby, and a bunch of other stuff. I’m a bass in the group but really am more of a baritone.</p>
<p>So does anyone have any information on auditions, what they do, etc…?</p>

<p>if you want in, you're in. they're begging for ppl. they do various things. i have some friends still in it, some non-friends in it, and some friends who started then quit</p>

<p>Just curious if it takes a lot of your "time". With all the studying and PT when do you have time or is it a class period? TY</p>
<p>its after school on certain days for certain hours. not positive, but i'd guess about 1-2 hours a day like twice a week. its definetely do-able, but depends on how much you're involved in. i'd definetely pick something though, or else (if you're like me) you'll go insane</p>
