seriously though does it really matter if your caddy "looks gay" I mean how many people are seriously going to see you walking to the shower, and unles you are liveing on a coed floor then the only people that are going to see you are guys and you shouldnt be trying to impress them... right i mean if it does its job it does its job why doe aesthetics matter so much

Better to look gay with a shower caddie than falling on your butt with shampoo + conditioner + body wash etc etc all over the hall with girls laughing @ you now...

Shower caddies are amazing. I got the large one from Bed Bath and Beyond, it'll hold my shampoo and conditioner and toothbrush and toothpaste, soap (bar or liquid), and any other random things I'd need. It doesn't matter if it looks stupid, everyone has one, and it's darn useful.

It really depends on the guy. Some guys just walk to the shower holding a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of soap. Other guys use a larger variety of products so they need a caddy. I would say that most of the guys on my floor just carried their stuff. Girls definitely all used one. I don't know what I would do without one. It's not that huge of an investment so get one and you can stop using it if you don't need it.

I'm just going to buy a beach pail like somebody else suggested.

shower caddies are fabulous!!!!!!

A guy should have a shower caddy, but he probably doesn't need as big of one or as many compartments because most guys use less products than women.

I'm bringing my bathrobe and am wearing that to and from the shower. That way, you don't have to hold on to your towel for dear life - just roll it up and stick it in your shower caddy. Also, for girls, a seperate ultra-absorbent hair towel can be awesome - I'm obsessed with mine.
