<p>They seemed to allow the passenger to pay cash to the driver so I did not use a credit card. On the phone they said that the on-line reservation I made would not be processed since they don’t offer shared shuttle service from Bradley on August 19 but my DD did get a confirmation (I had expected one to me since they offered the option to have a copy sent to a second e-mail) so some part of this company is not communicating with the other. If it does work, she will have the added benefit of a drop off at a particular address in New Haven (Yale Farm) for the start of Harvest and not have to hike up past Science Hill given the tight timing. I’ll call back in a month to check the confirmation.</p>

<p>DS is also doing Harvest and will be taking a shuttle from Bradley to NH that morning. So they will drop off at a particular address (as opposed to Phelp’s Gate)? All of this “one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing” does concern me a bit in terms of their reliability.</p>
