Single in Couzens Next Year

I registered this morning and the only rooms left on Central were 10 singles in Couzens. (Mine is 8x12.) I’m feeling a little depressed that I didn’t get Stockwell or NorthQ. For anyone who’s lived there (especially as a sophomore) how is Couzens as a hall? How easy is it to get to North and Central? Anything you can say about it will help and be much appreciated!

Also, my friend (who got Northwood) is asking if I want to move off campus and get a cheap apartment. If not then he’ll room with a rando. Thoughts?

Well, Couzens is on the Hill with Stockwell, so it is about as easy to get to North and Central as Stockwell would be. Also- as it is part of the Hill, the CCTC (the big CC Little bus stop) is nearby, so it is pretty convenient. It is also pretty close to Mojo’s Hill Dining Center, and is one of the nicest dorms on campus. I have not personally lived in Couzens, but I have been there quite a few times.

Everything yikesyikesyikes said is true. Don’t feel down, feel lucky.

I got Bursley freshman year, then when I went to register Sophomore year my date was so late all that was left was Bursley/Northwood. So I lived there for two years :stuck_out_tongue:

@ka7Scope , Are you a new admit or a current freshman (or other) ? I’m amazed that Central Camus dorms are already filled for incoming freshman.

Housing for prospective freshmen does not open until April so the poster is a current student.

@TooOld4School Current student here. I think they are reserving more for incoming freshman on central.
