I am highly considering going to UC San Diego (if I get accepted). I started applying and I was asked to rank UCSD's six colleges in order of which i would like to be in. However, I am not sure of what the differences are or which would be better for me to pick. I plan to major in biology (so I can become a doctor). Which college would be better for me to attend? Or could somebody explain to me the differences at the least? I would greatly appreciate any input. Thanks!

Also, you don’t have to major in biology to do pre-med. You can major in anything and take the pre-med courses alongside.

Here is more description of the six dorms.

I heard there are a lot of premed at Revelle. But D1 choosed Muir and ERC.

Thank you very much for your input! This has helped me a lot in considering the better college for me. I haven’t exactly decided on which i would rank first but this has made the process easier. I really appreciate the info! :)

An interesting review of the six UCSD colleges, though a bit dated:
