Alright, less than a week to go. I think that we should have a roster with our information

Session #:

Parents Driving
Have we received our schedules telling us which seminars we are going to?

What paperwork are we supposed to bring with us ?

not any that i know of. For the naval academy they said to bring your acceptance letter, so i'll bring that to wp just in case

sounds good

won't need it

How hard is the pt? I put that I could run 2 miles in 12:45 but that was when i was doing track. Tennis has gotten me a lot out of shape. How hard is the running and push ups? How many pushups do we do?

don't worry.. there are 4 separet groups for the running.. Black, Gold Grey... and forgot the last group

the black was hard core.. almost all of them were cross country studs they were spinting up and down hills for miles...
The gold group went pretty fast too, I was in that group, I can run about a 13 minute 2 mile and I was in the back of the pack
The other 2 groups took it pretty easy... the last group just did sprints on the football field easy stuff

last year

we only ran once

the PT's not that bad.... maybe I don't think it's that bad b/c it was pretty similar to wrestling practice... so I guess it might be alittle tough for a few people, but don't worry it won't be anything like BCT and they won't work you to death

wait...if you only ran once, what does pt every morning consist of?

what happens if you're not a good swimmer ?

i am not worried about swimming...i heard there isn't any. I am just worried about the pt everyday. I mean do we run 2 miles everyday?

Hey guys, i'm ready to go. I'll see some of you guys there tomorrow for Session 1 i'm guessing. Good luck, ha maybe one of y'all will be my roommate, who knows?

No swimming don't worry

all of the PT was kalistetics.... lots of it... push ups sit ups etc etc but we only went for a run once

PT every morning was grass drills. Pushups, sit ups, side straddle hopping, etc. Have fun with the spirit missions...heh.
