Which one do you think is better?

I think college of engineering is better, I mean, c'mon, is there any other way? Lol, really, college of engineering. But...they are both competitive to get in. ESPECIALLY Smeal.

Both programs are very good. It just depends whether you want to major in engineering or business. I would pick the one which interests you the most. If after a semester or two you don't like the one you are in, you can transfer to DUS then apply to the other college/major in the spring of your sophomore year. If you look at the requirements for entrance to major, you might get an idea of what courses you could take that would be accepted by both colleges. For example, if you start out in engineering and take MATH 140, it would be accepted in business in place of MATH 110. (However, I do not believe MATH 110 would be accepted as a replacement for MATH 140).

Here are a couple of links that might help out.

Don't expect a scholarship at PSU. I had similar stats as you, and I only received like 2k but that was only because it was need based scholarships.
