Im asipring to get in… but i have some knowledge

getting more difficult each year, but they are really random. meaning they deny good students and accept bad students (to a decent extent)

no idea sorry

Admissions are pretty finicky, but more often than not the better applicants will get in. I was an in-state applicant, so don’t have much of a feel for out of state admissions.

Out of state financial aid though is practically non-existent, although that’s only slightly worse than in-state. UW has notorious financial aid, with almost no merit aid, and need-based only for in-state students with great need.

wow darn. lol thanks for the honesty.

With once high interest in University of Washington myself, I began to lose interest when finding out if accepted, as a need base financial aid student I would be stuck with large loans. Out of state cost is probably around 40,000… the school would probably give 33,000 in loans. I’ve also asked this question before, most mention the school does not do well with need base financial aid for out of state students, only in-staters.
Also University of Washington is selective, not a safety school, though may generally be perseived as a safety with those having Ivy League stats.
