so... tell me my chances (:

I want to try to make it into Stanford or UC Berkeley.

If gender and race matters, I'm an asian girl.

I've gotten straight A's in everything so far...

freshmen classes: world history h, english 1 h, spanish 1, marching band pe, varsity band/wind ensemble (2nd semester), geometry h, biology h, over the summer i took chinese 1

soph classes: european history ap, english 2 h, chinese 2, marching band pe, jazz band, algebra 2 h, chem ap

the classes im taking next year are: physics ap, eng 3 ap, chinese 3h, marching band pe, wind ensemble, pre-calc h, u.s. history ap

PSAT: (forgot 1st time score), 2nd time: 202
SAT: Chem 740
APs: not back yet but I'm confident about my European history score and i'm pretty sure I did horrible for Chem..

extrathings/leadership: marching band..., my leadership roles: freshmen year was freshmen member-at-large, soph year was historian, and now, i'm section leader. I'm in the california scholarship federation and the national honor society. I was the sophomore rep in CSF. Another thing was that I won the award for Student of the Year (not sure if this matters).

so basically I want to know if I'm on the right track for getting into UC Berkeley and Stanford. Should I retake my Chem subject test? Any help you give me will be great, as long as it's accurate. Thanks in advance. :)

Your chances at Berkeley depend on whether you're in-state or out. To get into Stanford, you'll need to stand out in some way that I don't see in your post.

I'm in-state.
.... Does that give me a better chance?

in state definitely gives you a better chance.

chance me???

so to retake or not to retake?

bump =///
any help?
