<p>I know the deadline for the first round of waitlisted to accept/decline their offer is today. So, maybe they will open up some more spots this week - that’s just a guess though.</p>

<p>check out the comment sections. a lot of stats there. apparently 180 people were taken off at the beginning of may, of 524 IS/910 OOS who chose to remain on the WL.</p>

<p>She’s excited and we just booked our flights to go back up she hasn’t been there since Freshman year and she loved it.</p>

<p>Looks like it is game over, this just posted from UNC blog:</p>

<p>Unfortunately, at this point it is very unlikely that we will be able to make further offers from our first-year waiting list. However, as in years past, we may be extending offers to some students for our sophomore transfer guarantee program (with notification through mail). We do not yet know when or if we are able to do this. </p>
