<p>Ok, I'm expecting a letter sometime down the road in the mail from NU...not quite sure whether 'twill be rejection or acceptance (i'm thinking more towards thelines of rejection, but cha know i'm not sure.) So,in this HORRIBLY painful period of judgment,I figured I'd fire off a chances thread to see if I should be optimistic!???

<p>The fact that you speak partially in Old English or something of the sort cracks me up. And you've certainly moved up in rank over the years! But I've never heard of colleges reviewing ranks at the end of each year...mostly your final ranking. And, I feel your pain with the whole senioritis issue. It has taken all I can muster to avoid completely ditching any sort of academia this year. Somehow, I've persevered and maintained my UW 4.0...I don't know how...</p>

<p>But, yeah! I hope you get in! (I'm crossing my fingers for myself as well.)</p>

<p>according to a musical friend, i believe if your a music major your audition/ talent counts more than scores. so if your audition was good then be optimistic!</p>
