There is a very high probability I will matriculate to one of the aforementioned schools
next year as a graduate student in cognitive pscyh
I know grad school is less about parties and more about businees
but how severe is this phenomenon?\
I wanna have some escapades in the forests with my buddies
also I am wondering if these schools have sizable cliques
which are interested primarily in the SF/LA/SD nightlife culture
specifically the kind of raving events people attend who don't sport glowsticks
good quality deep house/ tech house/ some trance with no dubstep bull
Also wondering what is the selection in women like?
are these people too involved in their education
or do they have enough time say every day for about 4 hours a day
for social activities?
plus I like people who are globetrotters
people who are very bright and they like rambling about funny and amusing
intellectual or social phenomemon
is this at all the case in grad school in good cog psych programs in norcal?

if not where would you recommend
I like intellectual hippies too who are libertarians but like oneironautical voyages
I am a big fan of good alternative rock and metal as well
big concert buff
aspiring DJ
so I am wondering does a social scene exist tailored to my hobbies

and if not where should I go to find it ideally?
