My daughter already submitted her Early Action application to Purdue, and subsequently received an emailed invitation from the Purdue chapter of the Society of Women Engineers to attend a senior “sneak-peek” in November. She has already visited campus twice, so I’m trying to figure out whether this will increase her chances for admission, or whether it is just another opportunity to visit with engineering students there. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Your daughter will receive many of these type of invitations to come to campus. It won’t impact the admissions decision if you’ve already had official visits.
