Some feedback on UK Masters degrees

I am currently an auditor with Big 4 and am looking to transfer to our Transaction Advisory Services group(M&A) within my first two years. After four years with the firm, I am contemplating applying to three Finance Masters program in the UK. Oxford Financial Economics, London school of Economics Masters in Finance, and Cambridge Masters in finance. Post Grad I would be looking to take an associate level Investment banking position with a BB bank in London. My question is about my chances for admission in these programs. I graduated from Rutgers with a 3.95 GPA/Summa Cum Laude. I've been in the Marine Corps active duty and reserve for 7 years. I am confident that I can score 730+ on GMAT since I scored 710 with no practice. My concern is that since I transfered to Rutgers, my GPA there only reflects my last 90 credits. I had horrible grades at a prior school when I was 18 and prior to my enlistment in the military. I could always make the agruement that the military straightened me out since my grades were perfect after a few overseas deployments. How much are these bad grades going to hurt my application? For an MBA, I don't think this will be much of an issue but these masters degrees really emphasis GPA and GMAT and place less emphasis on work experience. Any ideas/suggestions/opinions would be greatly appreciated.

As I said in another forum, bad early grades are much easier to deal with than bad late grades. As long as you can show consistent improvement and high performance late in your undergrad career, and have a good story to explain your earlier mistakes, you should be fine.
