Some Questions...Course Selection, Financial Aid...

So I'm going to NYU this fall and I have a couple of questions.
According to the NYU website, there will be mandatory weekends this summer at which time students will meet advisers and pick classes, etc. This is correct, right? Because on Albert, a link for course selection has come up and I don't want to miss an opportunity or something.

Secondly. When I click "accept" on loans in my financial aid package, what happens then? Does the University take care of everything, or do I now need to deal with the government/banks/etc.?

Looks like you’re in Steinhardt. Here’s a link for Steinhardt orientation information. You don’t register for orientation until May.

You can read all about the loan process on the Financial Aid website.

Thank you!
