Sophomore improvements?

Ok so I’m currently a sophomore in high school and I needed to know what improvements I need to make to be more competitive (my top choice school is Georgetown)

GPA: 3.98 UW and 4.88 W
Rank: since I’m a sophomore I’m not ranked yet, but based on other upperclassmen I should be around 20-30 out of 750
Freshman courses: French I, AP Biology (4), Anatomy and Physiology, Debate I, AP Human Geography (5), English I Honors, and Pre-Calc Honors
Sophomore courses: (took chemistry honors, English II honors, and French II online over the summer) Statistics Honors, French III, AP chemistry, AP calculus AB, health foundations, AP Language and composition, and AP world history.
Junior courses (most likely): AP Statistics, AP Calculus BC, AP Literature, AP Computer Science, AP US history, and physics dual enrollment.

Plan to take the SAT next year and the US history, Math II, and maybe language arts SAT II. I took the biology SAT II in freshman year and got a 650… not sure if I should retake it…

Extracurricular activities:
-Debate team (Treasurer and varsity member)
-Plan on internship with representative or senator over the summer (if not I’ll get a summer job)
-Volunteer at the second harvest food bank
-Will most likely joking mock trial and NHS junior year

Other:
-ticks: none
-Asian American
-income bracket: middle class
-State: Florida
-Large Public high school

Focus on having stronger ECs that showcase your devotion to one area.

You are on the right path! Just make sure you do good on your standardized exams!
