Sophomore in HS - How am I doing so far?

I’m a current high school sophomore, and just wanted to get an idea of how I’m doing so far in terms of EC, volunteering, and grades.

My public school doesn’t offer extra grade points for most “Advanced” classes (only given for AP and Honors courses), but I’ve been taking the “hardest” classes I am able to take, and I’ve also been taking classes meant for the grade level above me.

9th Grade Classes: AS (Advanced Standing) English, AS Modern World History, Spanish 2, Algebra 2, PE, Biology, Studio Art. [Weighted/Unweighted GPA: 4.0]

10th Grade Classes: AS English, AS History, Spanish 3, Pre-Calculus, PE, Chemistry, Advanced Studio Art.

Extracurriculars/Clubs:
-American Red Cross Club
-Yearbook Photo Staff Member
-DECA Club (Joined this year)
-Volleyball for 7 Years
-JV Badminton this upcoming Spring Semester

Volunteering:
-Volunteered at my local homeless shelter’s Summer Camp this summer
-Planning on volunteering at the same local homeless shelter as a Tutor and Art Therapy program volunteer
-Volunteer at the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure 2 years in a row (hoping to continue)

Awards/Special Recognition:
-Oxford Royale Academy Summer Scholarship Semi-Finalist for two years (one out of 33 people chosen globally out of 600+ applicants)
-Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange Semi-Finalist for ASSE region last year (not so sure about the statistics here)
-CSF Member
-Valedictorian at my Private Catholic middle school (I don’t know if this is that relevant. I was chosen because of my grades and character.)
-Bay Area Spelling Bee Semi-Finalist 3 Years in a row

I’m not playing volleyball for my high school this year, but I am coaching two 7th grade teams (one at a public school and one at my old private middle school). I wanted to know how helpful this would be in my college application, or if I should continue on and try another sport. I really do love volleyball, and I think it’s what “defines me” and is my passion, but I don’t know if coaching teams for multiple years would be enough.

If, hypothetically, I were able to exceed in my extracurriculars over the course of the next three years (for example, becoming the Yearbook Photo Editor or the President of DECA Club at my school), what are the chances I would be able to get into Stanford, UC Berkeley, UCLA, or any other UC’s for that matter? I understand that I haven’t taken the SAT and ACT, and that I’m only in my second year of high school, but I’m honestly just curious to see if there is anything else I should be “more involved” in. I’m also completely open to things like starting a business, or writing a book that would give its profits to a charity. I know personally, I’m always thinking of creative ways to donate to causes I find important.

I’m a rising senior.

-You have a very good courseload and EC’s. It now all comes down to standardized tests: aim for a 32-36 on the ACT and a 2200-2400 on the SAT. You should take at least 3 subject tests (1 science, Math 2, and another of your choice)
-Keep your GPA as high as you possibly can.

Remember, Stanford has a very low acceptance rate of 5.1%. You’re going to need a lot of standout EC’s for the admissions officers to even consider as a potential candidate so if you can, try going for leadership positions in the clubs you’re participating in and apply for NHS and other honor societies. In addition, try some safety schools just in case you get rejected from the UCs and Stanford.

Hope this helps and good luck with sophomore year!
