Currently I'm a sophomore at Penn State Harrisburg.
My current GPA is 3.7, HS GPS is 3.1
My SAT Score is 1700, which was taken in my senior high school year

I'm planning to transfer to:
Georgetown
USC

do I have any chance in these universities?
Should I take the SATs again?

Since the deadline for USC is Feb.2nd they look at first two semesters in freshman
and fall semester in my sophomore year right?
if they do I have like 41 credits

As a jr transfer, your HS record and test scores won't be as important as what you've done in college. Your college gpa is within range, so whether or not you're a viable candidate depends on your reasons for transfer, essays, LORs and college ECs, etc.

i don't know too much about usc so i cant really speak on it

georgetown, i think, is out of reach...while 3.7 is within range of acceptances, it is still on the low side considering your not coming from a tier 1 school...while sat's and your hs gpa do not matter as much as when you applied for freshman admittance, the fact of the matter is that they still DO matter

I guess I don't understand, why not just wait and go up to Main Campus. It's a great school and you will go up and start with a great gpa that you are bringing in from Harrisburg.

If I don't get in as a transfer, going up to the main campus will be my option.
I wish I can get in to those schools I'm going to be applying, but they are pretty competitive schools....
