Sophomore Year: AP Biology, AP chemistry, and AP world history-- too much?

I’m going to be a sophomore this upcoming year and am thinking about taking three AP’s -AP chemistry, AP biology, and AP World History. I heard that all the tests that I would be taking are extremely difficult and require so much memorization and understanding. I took AP world history in eighth grade and got a B overall without taking the test, but I barely studied and didn’t really try(it was kinda of a lost cause for me), so I have never taken an AP test before. I am currently taking honors chem and honors biology (I have above 95 in both )along with honors English, honors algebra 2, and honors Spanish 3-4. The reason I would be taking the two sciences my sophomore year is because in my junior year I would be taking AP Calc BC, AP statistics, AP English Lang, and AP U.S. History( plus honors biotechnology and honors Spanish 7-8). My senior year would have me taking AP Economics, AP U.S Govt./ Politics, AP Spanish, and whatever other fun AP’s I would be interested in( like psychology or environmental science). In my senior year, my school offers organic chemistry for only seniors, so I intend on taking that.
For extracurriculars, I dance 6 hours a week, do track and field, and am a part of a very serious speech and debate team.
I also do small fun clubs like key club and buddies club (you hang out with a special needs person)
I am worried that I will forget all the information I learned freshman year, and it would be a waste of a year. I am wondering if I should start reviewing and learning material for AP biology and chemistry right now, so it would be less stressful next year. I have plenty of free time. I know I would have to self teach myself, but i could also ask teachers and fellow students(tutors) for help.
I just need advice on how I should best proceed.

It sounds like you are taking APs because they have AP in the course title. I doubt that you register for next year soon. Why don’t you just worry about your current classes.

Due to the intensive workload, I never recommend anyone take AP Chem and AP Bio concurrently. Additionally, you should take physics before you double up on an AP science. But I agree, it’s too early in the year to worry what you are going to take next year.

Why would your school even let you take it again if you’ve already taken it?

NO
The typical honors science progression is Honors Bio, Honors Chem, Honors Physics and then AP Physics/chem or Bio.
I see you are taking two sciences now…I would progress with one science for the next 3 years. Colleges want to see you take 1 science a year…doubling up on two of the hardest AP sciences as a sophomore sounds like a recipe for disaster.
