I was recently accepted into the nursing program and will be starting next semester. I am also in a sorority and that involves a lot of attending events. Would I have any time to spend with my sisters or is it constant working and studying?

Greek Life is extremely time consuming between the community service, formals, recruiting, events, and other things you’re expected to go to. I’ve heard people say they can’t catch a break. I won’t say it’s one or the other, because if you really want to, you can do both.

It depends on the school too. Some schools are more laid back with greek life, while others require a lot of time and concentration. It will be hard, but I think you can handle it.

Good luck.
