I got it during the 24 hour early access window, and now I'm getting it again! I called College Board 3x...the first extension was no longer in service, second time I got a busy signal, now I've been on hold with muzak for 19 minutes & "all of our AP representatives are busy."

My son has been having trouble all weekend with this. I can understand going green and not sending out a paper copy of the score, but considering we’ ve paid this company $90 a test, I’d like to receive the score with less angst then my household is currently experiencing. Why can’ t they just email the score to us?

Now I am going on my 3rd HOUR of dealing with College Board via phone!

I finally got through to a live person on the 7th try. She said the student’s online account is a different database than the one at CB, and they have to sync. She updated the info, then put me on hold, then told me that my son has another account from taking an AP last year. Hello? Shouldn’t they have known this? It will take 5-7 days to merge both accounts, and in the meantime she cannot give me his score. She has to transfer me to another department. She puts me on hold, and the line gets dropped. AGAIN.

I call the number again and get a “our call volume has reached capacity.” Hang up, call again, “you have reached a number that is no longer in service.”

same here. Anyone make any progress on that phone call? Has anyone who got this verification delay finally got through that disturbing website saying the system unavailable?
