Spanish CLEP

Earlier today I finally got around to taking my school's Spanish language placement exam. I was placed in the upper second year classes (as you know, that is just a recommendation, not what I have to take). Considering I haven't so much as looked at a Spanish word for 6 months, this score is a little better than I expected, which got me thinking about CLEP.

My question is simple: If I was placed in upper second year classes for the placement test, would I more than likely test out of at least the 100 level Spanish classes with the CLEP test? Thank you.

My son got 6 credits on the Spanish CLEP test which was one year's or two semester classes' worth of credit.
