I've been looking for some summer immersion programs for the Spanish language for this upcoming summer.

I have found Spanish Through Leadership, which seemed pretty good, but unfortunately June is filled up and that is the month I'd wanted to go, rather than July. But in case I don't find anything else, I'll keep it on the table. It's 4 weeks ~$4000, homestay, CS, language lessons, etc.

MMLA also is an option, also about $4000, but seemed a bit summer-camp'ish to me which lots of forced social activities, as well as it also being in the USA and relying on a pledge to keep English away. The experience would rely heavily on whether others go along with that or not.

Any more that you have personal experience with, I would be very happy to hear about. As much detail as possible please :)

I'd like to add that any programs that involve going to another country should offer Latin American countries, not (just) Spain.
