Spanish Placement

Ok, so I plan on taking the Spanish Placement exam soon. I'm an Echols Scholar, so I know that gets me out of foreign language requirements, but I'd still likely to continue studying spanish in some manner. I took the AP exam in May and I suspect that I got a 4, but did not take SAT II. I figured I'd still take the placement test simply because there is no reason not to. Anyways, what is the deadline for the last day to take the test online? I know that you're supposed to bring your verification form with you to orientation, but I'm doing Orientation Session H due to living a great distance away, so would there theoretically be more time for me to take the test?

bump! I"m planning on taking the Spanish Placement exam as well, so I’d also like to know!

You get your score immediately after taking the test, and then print it out. So as long as you take it before you meet with your advisor, you should be OK.

The new student letter or whatever it’s called says we have to take it by today, June 22.

I’m under the impression that deadline is not strictly enforced, but take it as soon as reasonable so you can plan ahead.
