I’m an incoming freshman for the class of 27 and I recently applied to SRD for housing. I really want to live there as opposed to on campus dorms but I am currently #19 on the waitlist. When I emailed them she told me that anywhere from 10-85 girls have been admitted from the waitlist in past years, which made me hopeful for my spot. Does anyone have a better idea of how many girls on average are admitted from the waitlist and how good of a chance I have of getting a room? Also, when would I find out if I got a room by?
I think the information they gave you is as helpful as you’re going to get. 10 to 85 girls. So at 19 it seems like you have a pretty good chance.
I lived in SRD all four years. I loved it. 
There are probably girls on that list who will not get in to UT or will be going somewhere else once all decisions are released. It looks pretty good I think.
