stamps scholarship and recommendation letter?

<p>My daughter was invited to apply for the Stamps Scholarship and I am confused as to when the recommendation letter is due. Is it due 3 weeks after the email or since they are asking for just the person's name on the application and it says they will contact her is it due later?</p>

<p>Students must submit their application and indicate there the person they have selected as a reference within 3 weeks of receiving the invitation to apply. </p>

<p>The listed reference gets an email from us notifying them that they have been indicated as a reference for the student and they have 3 weeks from the date of THAT email to submit the letter of recommendation. </p>
