Interview are assigned strictly based on alumni availability. There is no screening process. Getting or not getting an interview does not mean anything. (Stanford alumni interviewer)
If they don’t announce today then I’m guessing it couldn’t be Friday, otherwise it’d be strange for the decisions to be released with no warning… just be on the lookout for the Twitter announcement today.
Which platform will the announcement be on? Instagram, Twitter, their website, etc?
It’s highly likely that they will release decisions by this Friday, because they close from December 14 - January 1 for winter break.
Just announced on their website that they are releasing at 4pm this Friday 12/11!!!
Confirmed 12/11 at 4pm PST
where can I find the announcement?
Their website

OH MY GOSH! I am so nervous and excited for decisions at the same time.

Good luck to everyone!!!
Best of luck everyone that applied early. God I’m so nervvvvvvoussssss.
Guys not to make you all nervous than you already are, but is it true that REA applicants have increased significantly this year?
They have in a lot of universities, but I am not sure about Stanford. It has to do with unis going test optional this year.
I think Stanford did have a pretty huge increase in REA applicants… But I only read it from a consulting org somewhere, so take it with a grain of salt
I had literally no anxiety for the past three days but it’s back with full force now. I’m not gonna tell anyone when decisions are coming and they’ll be out around 4 am here so whatever it is, I’ll deal with it myself.
Good luck guys! Whatever the decision is, remember you’ll still have an awesome future, and don’t forget to post your stats to help future applicants. Thanks for all your help!
