What’s everyone doing to take their mind off this Friday? I personally am just getting very anxious even though I have no control at this point, and I’m trying to focus on class work.
@MysteryMre I have to take a calc test and physics quiz, and then I’ll find out my results (if they do release on Friday), and then I have to go an officer’s meeting for a club for 2 hours, so I’ll probably be a bundle of nerves first and then a bag of sadness afterwards, lol. I’m trying to convert my nervousness into hyper-productivity, and it’s kind of working.
I just had a barrage of tests too last week

Focusing on school is the hardest, after my Calc test tomorrow I’m mentally free (which is a problem) until Friday. I have a party on Friday night with a whole bunch of people from school so I’ll be bombarded with questions of the results (hope it’s good news!)
Friday for me = STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT!!! After I read my rejection letter, I plan to play until I can no longer see the screen through my salty tears

I literally can’t focus on anything right now… My mind is a mess lol… I need to get a lot more supplements finished… I have a crap ton of finals coming up… My car is giving me a hard time… And Stanford decisions haven’t come out.
I’m not a person who normally cries, but I think I might regardless of what happens on Friday…

I’m so happy our school doesn’t have finals for seniors.
@tjraub1011 Stanford usually releases the decisions early, on the Friday before the 15th; it’s emphasized by how their informational materials say “decisions will be released BY December 15th.” It falls early this year, on Friday the 9th.

Honestly, the wait hasn’t been terrible, but I haven’t the slightest idea of how I’m going get through school on Friday.
