Steinhardt Scholars? (prospective+current)

Meanwhile, I'm lighting a candlelight vigil for the postman to bring something for me tomorrow. Tell us what you find! ;)

i'm a current (and future) Steinhardt Scholar.

the lowest i've heard is $6,000, just merit.

congrats! Steinhardt scholars is pretty fun. did you get into deans or university? i am in deans.

how do you know which one you are in deans/university? haha. perhaps i should add this to the list of questions i would like answered at the admissions office.

Someone in admissions told me that you will should hear about Steinhardt Scholars with your decision (next week).

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!

I’ve already recieved a scholarship from Steinhardt, but I still need to come up with about $20,000. Will the scholars program scholarship come anywhere close to that?

And can you get rejected from the program if you don’t keep above a 3.5?
My stats are lower than everyone else here (1980, 3.61 cumulative gpa) and I don’t know if my grades will stay that high in an honors program. I’m in California so I can’t visit ]:

^ this thread is from 2006.

Steinhardt Scholars no longer offers merit aid. This thread is old. Did your letter offer any additonal merit aid? D did receive a music scholarship (merit), but nothing additional for scholars. There is a travel component that allows you to travel domestically and internationally for $300/ per trip.
