Steps to transfer from a University to a CC?

<p>Hi, I'm a student that's trying to transfer from Mississippi State University to a Community College that's more close to home and could help boost my GPA. But, there's a problem. I don't know the first thing about transferring and the only official info I can get from my school's website is TO them (of course). I know that I will have to eventually withdraw and speak to an advisor, but everything else is so...confusing!</p>

<p>Is there anyone out there who's had to do the same thing?</p>

<p>Go see the admissions officer at the CC where you want to be. That person will be able to help you with everything. </p>

<p>Yes, thank you! I plan to call them (both my school and the CC I plan on transferring to) as soon as they open which is in an hour, actually. :3 I will keep you updated.</p>

<p>Finally had everything covered this morning. I just had my transcripts sent and all I have to do is send my old ACT score and my application, as well.</p>
