<p>Has anyone lived there? I'm looking at all the housing, and this seems to be the best option for me. But, I want to know more about it from residents. I think I'm going to go see it in a few weeks, when I tour the school and such.</p>

<p>Crime?
Parking?
Apartments themselves?
Closeness to the bus route/how long of a ride is it?
Rating compared to other on/off-campus housing?</p>

<p>CRIME- High in this area, the reason why I am moving out of Riverside. In april, a woman was brutally attacked with a hammer in a nearby shop.
Very close to bus stops and shopping centre for groceries.</p>
