Still haven't received my confirmation email yet......

<p>As the title says, I haven't received ANY emails from Yale regarding my application. I applied right on time on December 31st, yet to this date I haven't been contacted at all. I tried calling the undergraduate admissions twice, but both times I was on the phone with a secretary that knew nothing about the application process and didn't help me at all. I was told to email someone my information to confirm they'd received my application, but after 2 weeks still no reply from that email. I called AGAIN today, was forwarded to I assume a "higher up" in the admissions world, yet she didn't answer my call + I had to leave a message. I'm afraid I'll never get a reply, and with the decisions date creeping up I'm worried that this could seriously affect my chances at Yale.</p>

<p>What should I do? Any recommendations? </p>

<li>Go to: <a href=“https://fidelis.its.yale.edu/authenticate/contacts/help_eli-accounts.jsp”>https://fidelis.its.yale.edu/authenticate/contacts/help_eli-accounts.jsp&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
<li>On the left-hand side bar, select “I forgot my ELI Account ID”</li>
<li>Enter the email address of record you used with your application.</li>
<li>If you are in the system, you should get an email with your Account ID (check your junk folder). </li>
<li>Then, select “I forgot my password”</li>
<li>Enter your Eli Account ID and you can reset a password</li>
</ol>

<p>If you cannot get your ELI ACCOUNT ID this way, call the Yale office again tell them you need your account ID as you never received one. </p>
