Oh! That makes a lot more sense. X) Pretty much, they suck. I’m pretty sure they only throw in Rollins because we’re an art school. But yeah, it’s not all their fault. Some kids at my school still applied to UCF.

Maybe you should finish your AA then. It’s only one year at this point. I don’t know about transferring but I’d think that once would be enough. X) But then, if you want to start in a 4-year university as soon as possible, I’d understand. I didn’t even bother applying to my dream school. Mainly b/c hell would freeze over before they’d let me in.

There’s a lot of other personal factors determining why I want to leave now. I know I should do the smart thing and finish my AA but I really don’t want to stay in town any longer. I just wish they would tell me by now so if I am rejected I can make other plans.

Oh, I understand personal factors, but probably to a lesser degree. I really hope everything works out. I’ve been accepted to USF. I just found out. X)

Thank you! Omg thats awesome congrats!!

When did you apply again?

I finished my application and had everything in as of exactly a week and one day ago. When did you?

omg really? They had all my stuff December 8th

I just checked. I submitted my application two weeks ago (1/22), but only paid my fee a week and one day ago (1/29) because of complications with my social security number. So I’d say a week, yeah. I’m only saying this because I have a thread posted on 1/23 saying I just applied yesterday. Sorry. X)

I’ve heard that transfer students’ information are processed more slowly than high school freshmen. Given that, I don’t think that 12/8’s so much longer when put in perspective.

Sorry you’re waiting so long. X( That sucks.

ugh yeah well hopefully its soon! are you gonna go there?

It depends on money. I applied after their automatic scholarship deadline so I have to apply for the, like, two whose deadlines haven’t passed and I’m eligible for. If UCF accepts me, I’ll get a National Achievement Scholarship automatically. Also, to be honest, I’m still holding out hopes for Kenyon and Grinnell, even though they are big reaches. But money.
