<p>How do you cope with stress, especially when the stressors are out of your control (and no, I don't mean something like an English teacher who hates your writing style no matter what you do)? Do you use well-known relief methods (exercise, journal, et cetera), or do you do something a bit more creative?</p>
<p>I write. </p>
<p>I will sit down, and just write. Maybe fiction, maybe I’ll write about what’s bothering me, but I will write. And it really works, for me at least.</p>
<p>I talk. I usually rant, although that gets me riled up even more. Watching TV mindlessly helps get your mind off things…I guess I never really cope with my stress. :/</p>

<p>I go on Google calendar and schedule out every part of my day. It allows me to be far more efficient (I have time to do my homework and self-study Multivariable Calc), which, in turn, reduces my stress.</p>
<p>Masturbate. Do some sort of physical activity to get your juices flowing.</p>

<p>I take a nap, go for a bike ride, do yoga, watch a movie, or maybe even cry (lol). Nothing like a good long sobfest.</p>
<p>I watch Ellen. Or I stretch/workout/dance/gymnastics. Depending on how stressed I am, it’ll differ. When I’m extremely stressed I’ll go through excruciating strretches or exercises. It’s not exactly healthy, but whatev. :p</p>
