Do you have any volunteering or community service? That’s pretty important for UC’s but even if you don’t your grades and test scores are really strong. I think you have good chances at all three (especially Irvine)

I have 80 hours for library work in 9th and 10th, 30 hours of summer school work in 11th, and 15 hours of polling work this year.

Yes that is my UC GPA

My UC Capped is 4.33 according to the calculator and my unweighted is 4.58 according to the calculator.
I counted 10th and 11th grade courses.

You cannot have an unweighted UC GPA higher than your capped. I am assuming your Fully weighted is 4.58. You are competitive for all schools on your list. UCB/UCLA are always tough admits, but UCI looks like solid match.
