Study Abroad

I want to study aboard, but I have questions. One is what happens to your housing when you are gone? What happens if you have a scholarship, do you still have it abroad? Is tuition the same? What about room and board.

If anyone has advise on any of these topics your input would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you can think of things I should look into.

Thanks,

My friend that studies in France with NYU says that your scholarships still carry over when you go abroad. Regarding tuition, you just pay NYU tuition plus extra fees, including those of housing, visas, etc.

yeah, I think that everything just carries over. and I THINK that you still have housing guaranteed when you come back, but I am not positive, so you should look into it. you could always live off-campus, too...the prices are about the same.

Housing is guaranteed when you return.

If you return and they won't give you housing, you can live with me.

Lol abcd

Does anyone know if you have to do the visa-things yourself?

I would imagine that you would have to get any passports/visas on your own. Also any shots, if you need any where you are going to go.
