submit doc online

I watched the USC tutorial on how to submit form online. But when i went to the financial aid document status sit as told, there's no circle button on the left of tax return, federal 2010 -parents...since i am not able to select it, i can't click next step, which means i can't get the tax cover page or submit the forms online. Is this just my browser malfunction? Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

^Wait. If I understand your question correctly, you may be on the wrong tab.

You’re likely on the My Documents tab. Right? It lists what’s required, what’s pending, and what’s been received. Right?

Well, if you’ll go to the next tab over, called “Document Library,” you’ll find the little circles you’re wanting to click on. THEN, you’ll be able to click the next step button.

Good luck!

Superdoo, I had the same problem. I ended up printing a cover sheet for “unknown or unlisted financial aid document.” It appears to have gone through just fine. To me it seemed the important thing was to have the bar code with my student’s name and USC id number on the fax cover/closing sheets. Good luck!

@ simple life: i tried ur way, and i was able to select the forms for federal tax return for students, but i am still not able to select the ones for parents…sigh…but thanks for ur help though :)

^Oh, that’s too bad. My son managed to do it … I thought that was how. Are the parents’ forms somehow under another category on the list – for instance, you select the little circle by the larger category, and then you can select the parents’ forms? Maybe you’ll have to select the category, and then hit next, and THEN you’ll have an opportunity to select the parents’ forms?

I wish I could be of more help. I do know this … it CAN be done! :)

Under the documents section, don’t you just click on the parents forms (it’s a link) and then it send an email on your behalf to the parent to give them access to submit the info online? That is what we did.
