<p>OP, one of my kids thought the deadline was 11:59 Pacific time - we’re on the east coast - and she submitted all her apps at about 2:30 AM eastern time thinking she had a half hour to spare – but she was actually a few hours late, technically. She was admitted to every single school she applied to. This is not a recommended strategy but T26E4 is absolutely right.</p>
<p>Jesus, if you’re worried about not having time to finish get off this site and get to work. Submit when you finish, obviously you can’t submit before.</p>
