Submitted UC applications for Fall 2015 12 min after 11:59p deadline

<p>I take full responsibility for my late submission. Knowing very well that the UC's are well within their right to reject my application, is there anything I action I can take to mitigate the damage? Anything I should anticipate? Has this happened to you? Any insight or recommendations would really help me out.</p>

<p>To update my own question, all applications that were started before the deadline have until Dec 1 '14 @ 1159p. Huge relief.</p>

<p>I think you will have to wait to see if they will accept and process your application, they may. If not, you would have to follow an appeal process. In the end you may have to wait a year to apply again. I would wait to see what happens before contacting the admissions center, but you can choose to do that.</p>

<p>You can look at individual campus admission pages. For instance, UC Davis says deadlines are rarely extended. But they do provide directions for an appeal if you have special circumstances.
