Suggestions for MAJOR improvement?

On my March SAT I received these crappiest SAT scores ever :(

M: 620
Cr: 450
W: 550 (8 Essay)

I believe I'm a fairly intelligent student (I had a 4.51 weighted GPA at the end of my junior year and took 1 AP class and 4 Honors), but I'm not exactly sure how I got such a bad score. Anyone have any suggestions on how to improve my score between now and the October SAT? I hope to get 2200+, but does that sound like a realistic goal for me? Desperately need help!

Math and Writing can be improved easily. For writing learn all the grammar rules (SilverTurtle’s grammar guide and Erica M.'s Ultimate guide to grammar are great). For math it seems like you already know the basic and just need more practice. Math questions usually repeat by testing similar concepts under a different skin; therefore, you should practice and understand your errors. Lastly, reading is the hardest portion. Take a look at CR guides on this forum and expand your vocabulary with free resources like Quizlet. Good luck. :)

If i were you, i would focus more on getting 2000 at first and then focus on getting 2200. Major improvements are DEFINITELY possible on the sat if you are willing to put hard work daily.
