As a freshman at Binghamton, how easy is it to get suite style dorms? Thanks!

rooms in each of the dorm communities are reserved for freshmen -- so there are quite a number of freshman in all of the dorms. in fact i think i recall being told 50% of the rooms in every dorm were reserved for freshman (except of course for the apartment style dorms which are for upper classmen). so its not as if freshman don't have a chance at those dorms because they are full of upper class people. your chances probably depend on how popular that choice is - ie how many other freshman request that residential community. some people choose the corridor style dorms because they may be considered more social.

Thank you so much for that response! Wow, I would much rather prefer a suite over corridor style...ANY DAY! lol.

Hi, would you happen to know when we will hear back as to our dorm choice?
I sent residential living dept. my response several weeks ago. Thanks

If you have any info on this that would be helpful. Tks

I'm sorry, I'm only going to be a senior in high school next year. I have no clue about Binghamton or any other college at that. Sorry hun.
